Return & Refund
Return window
You can request a return or exchange starting from the 7th day of receiving your order, up until the 14th day. This window gives you enough time to try the product and make sure you're happy with it.
Product condition
We accept returns only if the product is in near-new condition, with more than 90% of the perfume still remaining. This helps us ensure quality for every customer.
Processing time
All approved returns or exchanges are processed within 3 to 5 working days after we receive your returned item.
Shipping costs
If the return is due to our mistake—such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we’ll cover the return shipping. In all other cases, including exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Perfume return eligibility
Only 50ml perfumes are eligible for return or exchange, provided that 90% or more of the product remains. 5ml testers are non-returnable.
Return shipping options
If you’d like us to handle the return shipping, we can provide a prepaid return label for Rs. 300, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may return the item yourself and receive a full refund of the perfume cost, with no deductions.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, email us at suport@sension.pk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved by our team, you’ll receive further instructions for sending your item back.
